Checkbox Customer Support Update

As most of you will be aware, yesterday we transitioned to a new customer support system (see news article).  The transition has gone well and we are ironing out any small issues that were identified after going live.

One point to note is that all tickets that were opened and active before the transition are now recording a date stamp of between October 10th and 12th (the dates of transition) and will continue to show this date until resolved/closed.  We apologize for this inconvenience and hope this does not cause any issues for you going forward.  Please be assured that these tickets are live and will be managed through normal protocol until resolved/closed.
