Default CheckBox email CCs not displayed to all

We just upgraded to CheckBox (last week) and have noticed that the emails sent via the completion events no longer display all the email addresses it was sent to. This is a pretty big problem for us as many of our processes rely on seeing the other people who got the message, including the original requestor.

Why was this changed in CheckBox? How can we recover that functionality?

If I am not being clear enough, I will attempt to elaborate here:
For example, a Data Request Form is filled out. Upon completion, an email is sent to Person1, Person2, and the requestor. These three email recipients are visible to all three in the "TO:" box of the email. Therefore, "Reply To All" is something that would get to the requestor.

In CheckBox now, the email is sent to all three people, but each is addressed only to one person. There is no way to tell who got the email, without logging into Checkbox and using the survey editor.
