We have anonymous users who fail to save the link they get when they save and exit part way through a survey. What is the easiest way to regenerate the link, given that one of the required questions was their e-mail address?

We were thinking we could lookup the survey by name in the database to get the survey guid, but then what's the best way to get the response guid?
