Force Survey Window Size?

Is there any way to force the survey to open in a window of a certain size, from within the checkbox software itself?

There isn't anything in the application that would resize the respondent's browser window to a certain size upon opening the survey. That said, it is likely possible to do so by adding an HTML item to the first page of the survey that includes Javascript to do so. I say likely because web browser applications are becoming less and less permissive when it comes to fiddling with display parameters of existing windows.
