Question Database Documentation?
Can you provide any documentation for the database that defines the schema and gives descriptions of tables/fields?

Yes! I just registered to this forum to ask for the same thing. For Ultimate Survey ver 3.0, I rec'd an Entity Relationship Diagram that has been infinitely useful. I hope to get one soon for CheckBox 4.0. Thank you,
