Ajax and Checkbox

Is it possible to wrap the survey in AJAX updatepanel so that it doesn't reload the page every time?

The reason I ask, is for conducting a 1 page survey that then posts to a report, it would be nice to see it happen without the page reload.

Has anyone got any ideas with this?

I spoke with the development team. Although this may be possible it is not something we are familiar with.
