Generated report error

Greetings,
We're using v4.4.1.14. I have a survey author who has a survey with over 680 responses. Yet, when we generate a report it only shows 13 responses. Any ideas?

Are you editing the report or running the report? For performance reasons Checkbox can be configured to display sample data in the report editor.

Does your report have any filters applied?

We used the Report Wizard. No preferences have been changed in the system. No filters are in use. Other surveys are generating complete reports. There are no errors generated in the Exception Log. Next?
