Upload Demo Surveys

I think that uploading some of your surveys and seeing how you put them together will solve most of my problems. However, I am getting an error message when I try to upload an XML file with a survey. I attached an image of the screen with the error message.

You might be uploading an xml file intended for version 3. There are two surveys for the one you are attempting to use. Please ensure you are using the one labeled Checkbox Web 4

That worked. I guess I won't be able to look at the dozens of other surveys that you posted with my version of checkbox.

I have another problem. I was trying to modify the widths of the individual columns of a matrix. I am able to modify the width of the entire matrix. The column widths then get automatically spaced to fill up the matrix. The program does not seem to accept a new column width size.

Every survey in the forum is compatible in Checkbox, however they are not all compatible with Ultimate Survey Version3

You are correct that surveys exported from Ultimate Survey 3 can't be imported into Checkbox Web (and vice versa). However, we are currently working on the upgrade process from Ultimate Survey 3 to Checkbox version 4. This process will convert your Ultimate Survey 3 installation, including all surveys, responses, users, etc. into a Checkbox installation.
