Survey incompatibility with browser?

So that would be in the style template, not in the options or customizable text....if that is the case, if company that we purchased your product through created that template for us then only they could access that and change it/edit it, yes? (It is not something we have access to, I believe, as they set that template up for us.) And if that was the case, this simple fix should solve the problem?

Additionally, could I solve the problem beyond that and choose no style in the "Style Template" area and bypass it entirely?

This would be in the Style section of Checkbox. Depending on how you it was set up and the permissions, you may or may not have access to that. If someone can edit it though, I think that will solve your problem.
