Conditions - help!

As basic as the concept is, the instruction in the Help menu don't really walk you through the setup..... All I know is that I need to have at least two pages, which I do, but I need help.

Page 1 has about 15 questions. Last question on that page is What country is your employer based? The condition needs to be IF United States THEN choose state.

I really don't know how to implement this? Any one-on-one help available out there?
