error when unzip

when trying to unzip any survey style sheets from this forum ii have the following error:

Unknown archive format
Engine Error: Unknown Format

anyone help me..

Are you saving the file to disk then opening it, or are you trying to open it without saving it? If you are not saving it to disk, please try that, and let us know if that works.
