Blank survey for respondent

We have maybe 60 surveys built with Ultimate Survey. I have a person who tried to access a survey, but she gets a blank window. Other people have no problem with the same survey.

Does any one have an idea how to fix this?

I have not heard of this happening before. What browser is she using?

Since debugging this may require accessing the survey, you may also wish to contact support via the online helpdesk.

The user had mixed up Ultimate Survey with another program that was giving them the error. So, there is no Ultimate Survey problem.
