Default Export without aliases problem

I'm trying to export some results from a survey. When I click on "Export" without using aliases, the CSV file only contains 85 records (the total survey contains 730). When I use aliases, it downloads the entire dataset; but unfortunately, this dataset does not include responses to questions where "Other" was specified by the respondent.

I have direct access to the database, and am able to run queries, but don't know exactly how to construct one which will give me the information I need. I would be willing to provide you access to the data (in the form of an MS Access database) if this would be helpful.

Any assistance would be much appreciated. These data are absolutely crucial to my work.

Thanks!

My developers would like to know if you have made any changes to any of the .asp file in Ultimate Survey, as we have not heard of such a problem before.

Thank you.

Default No Changes

Hi John

Thanks for the reply. No changes were made to the asp file. May be related to database size or something else. We have done some exploring using custom queries etc and are hoping to resolve it this way or some other way.

thanks

How big is the database?

Also is there a URL where our developers can look at this themselves? Or could you post screenshots of the issue?

Sorry - Its been real busy...

Database size is 99 MB. We have been able to extract the data using queries. So I guess we can consider this item closed and resolved. Thanks for being willing to assist us.

John, would be happy to provide access if desired.

regards

I am glad you were able to get the data. I do not believe we need access at this time. Thanks for the update.
