Founded in 2002, Checkbox Survey Solutions is located in the heart of Watertown, MA. The company is headed up by President and Founder, John Craven, and Chairman, Tom First. Our management team is comprised of talented individuals with years of experience in harnessing the power of software to help customers achieve their goals.
