Action Items

Action Items perform actions such as sending email or gathering external data.

Display a hyperlink or automatically redirect to a specified URL.
Email a copy of the survey response to specified recipients.
Capture external values and store them with the answers to the survey.
Update the respondent’s user profile.

Completion Items

Completion Actions allow events or actions to be triggered upon survey completion.

Display a message or image to respondent.
