Customize, Track and Remind

The Checkbox Invitations Manager will greatly improve your survey response rates versus other delivery methods by allowing you to send customized, personal email invitations to your survey respondents, track responses, and send multiple reminders. Email isn’t your only option, however. You can also share surveys on Facebook and Twitter right from Checkbox, allowing you to collect data through your favorite social media networks.

View More ScreenshotsThe Checkbox Invitation Manager allows you send personalized survey invitations and choose from options such as auto-logging respondents in and “opt-out” messages and links. You can send your invtitations from any name and valid email address, and do not have to include any reference to Checkbox.

Invitations can be sent to registered users or user groups in the Checkbox system, or to individual email addresses or imported email lists if you don’t want to register all your respondents. You can also track response rates by invitation and send reminders at any time.

Invitations can be sent as text or as fully customizable HTML, complete with company branding.

Send Personalized Messages

To give your email invitations a personal feel, use the invitations manager to “merge” user information such as first name or company name into the subject or body of your email. Email marketing studies show that this increases response rates.

Post, Tweet, Embed

Checkbox social media sharing lets you to connect with customers via Facebook and Twitter. Post product polls, entry forms, and market research surveys to popular social networks without ever leaving Checkbox! You can also embed surveys onto web pages using IFrame.

Track Responses and Send Reminders

Easily view response rates for each survey invitation and set up automatic reminder emails to be sent to potential respondents who have not responded to your survey invitation.

Send, Schedule, or Save

You can deploy surveys anytime, anywhere, thanks to Checkbox’s invitation scheduler. Choose to send an invitation right away, schedule it for a future date/time, or save it as a draft for later use!

Process Opt-Outs

To comply with SPAM regulations, Checkbox allows invitation recipients to opt-out of subsequent email invitations for a given survey.

Survey Auto-Login

For respondents that are registered in Checkbox, the Invitation Manager gives you the option to automatically login those users so they can bypass login when taking the survey.

Support Large Invitation Lists

All Checkbox packages, with the exception of Checkbox Online Basic, include unlimited email invitations. And our high volume email servers can quickly send up to 10,000 invitations at once.

Advanced Email Invitation Features

Checkbox supports a variety of advanced features including SMTP authentication, SSL support, and opt out processing. The API can also be used to send invitations from other applications, add or delete email addresses, create new invitations from scratch, and check invitation status.
