    Post Survey Caching issue.

    Hi I have a strange problem with the API, hoping you can help me out. Checkbox v4.6.1.3.

    In most cases the survey works fine, but at times in our dev environment content changes made in the survey admin are not being picked up by the service. This is both for common text and content of questions. It appears at a certain point after X number of changes the service just stops sending updates.

    As a workaround, we duplicate the survey and work from the new copy, which fixes the behavior but is less than ideal. Last time this happened i tried recycling the app pool which failed to work, and aside from outright restarting IIS (also less than practical for various reasons) was wondering if this was a known issue in this version or there is something else we can try that is less disruptive.

    Mjh,

    It is strongly suggested that you patch to Checkbox 4.7 and take advantage of the updated 4.7 API. I spoke with our team here and between 4.6 and 4.7 multiple caching issues were resolved. In addition new features/bug fixes and samples were included.

    Please visit your customer area for access to the 4.7 download.
