    Default Error when rendering report

Hi all. I am a developer who is VERY new to checkbox and I've been asked to help one of our users resolve an issue. When running a report on her 10 x 10 matrix survey, she gets the following message:

An error occurred while rendering the report.
A field or property with the name '4858' was not found on the selected data source.

Can anyone start me off in the right direction?

    Thanks.

It would be helpful to know the version of Checkbox you are using.

Do you know if the matrix was altered after the report was created? Is it possible to edit the report? If so what type of report question is being used report on the matrix question?

If a new report is created using the report wizard does this error occur?

    We are on version 4.6.2.18.

I am not sure if the report was altered after creation, but I tried to copy it and run it and received the same error.

I can edit the report but I'm not sure what you mean by "what type of report question is being used"?

This is what I see when I enter the report editor....

    Item Type Matrix Summary
    Graph Type Summary Table
    Use Aliases No
Source Items With regard to the initiatives that DM has undertaken during the past year, which ones had the most impact on your level of satisfaction with DM?

Filters: No filters have been set for this item.
    Active (Deactivate)

I will try to recreate this report using the report wizard and report the results.

I apologize if I was unclear. I was asking if the survey had been altered after the report was created. This is not an issue I have seen before, but I have a sneaking suspicion it is occurring because the report expects the matrix to contain a matrix item that it not there.
