...answers when you need them
Hi,
We are on the way to order server license and we have problem with Active Directory Authentication.
1. We have 2 Active Directory
- 1 for staff: DC=AD,DC=FULLERTON,DC=EDU
- 1 for student: DC=ACAD,DC=FULLERTON,DC=EDU
How can we setup to authenticate with 2 Active Directory.
2. Authentication for taking survey, we have problem as following:
- We setup in Network Users that Allow network login (true), Do not require registration (true), Allow Interactive Login (true).
- We select the roles to be assigned to network users that have not been registered in the system: Respondent, Report Viewer.
**** However, in the survey permission, they only have 4 options Public, Password Protected, Access List, All Registered Users ????
**** If we choose All Registered Users, the user authenticate with ACL can't take survey because they are not registered (However, their role is Respondent, Report Viewer). It is very funny.
---> So, we have to import the list of user from active directory every semesters to the system in order they can take report.
--> Why don't we have another option All Network Users (users that authenticate by ACL).
Any other solution that I can do?
Thanks.

Checkbox does not currently support authenticating against multiple domains; this feature request has been added to our internal tracker of potential enhancements to the product.
Unregistered network users should be able to take surveys which have been restricted to All Registered Users. If this is not what you are experiencing I suggesting contacting the Prezza Support team so that they can trouble shoot the issue further.
