    Default Complete/Incomplete Responses Issue

    Hello,
    I just checked the number of complete and incomplete responses on one of my surveys, saw that both were tied at 33, reviewed the responses, deleted one test response that I had submitted, and then both complete and incomplete dropped down to 32.

    Are these numbers somehow tied? Close to 95% of my incomplete responses have 0 (zero) questions answered. Is there something strange going on in the reporting system?

    The incomplete and complete responses should not be related in anyway. Deleting a single response should only change the total for the incomplete or the completed responses but not both. What version of the product are you using? When you say "test" response do you mean a response that has been marked as a test response by Checkbox?

    Yes, it was an actual test response and had the green checkmark next to it on the Response screen. By "version," are you talking about the latest version of checkbox or what kind of account?

    I am talking about the version number displayed at the bottom of most admin screens. Additionally it would be beneficial to know if you are a hosted or server customer.

    Do you have a support contract? This may turn into an issue that is involved enough that it might be better suited for them.

    Version v4.6.4.12 and it's a hosted account. Not sure about support.

    This is not an issue we have seen before. I tried reproducing it on a hosted install but was unable to do so. At this point I would suggest contacting the support team. They will want to know potentially sensitive information. For example your company name and survey name, etc.

    I believe there is a button at the top of hosted installs where you can directly open a support ticket. If not you can do so at Support - New Ticket - Checkbox Survey Solutions. Alternatively you can contact them by phone at +1-617-715-9600.
