Pipping troubles and Email response issues
I am using checkbox 4.6.4.7
I have two questions.
1) Everytime I try to pipe an item, I get a loading screen that will not go away. There is also an error on the page saying that I have either timed out or I am trying to access a page that cannot be accessed directly. Regardless of if I log out and back in, I still get this problem. I have found ways around this on other places that happens to me using checkbox, but not while trying to pipe.
2) At the end of my survey, I am using an "email response" to send myself an email. This survey is setup with many page conditional branches, and the email response will send me every question/page, even ones that were skipped. My question is, is there a way to 'clean up' this email so that it only send me answered questions, and perhaps leaves out the page numbers? *I was thinking maybe if i use an 'email alert', i would be able to pipe in the appropriate items somehow, but because of issue 1), I cannot try!

Regarding your first issue, it sounds like there is a configuration issue with Checkbox. If you constantly see time out errors when accessing popup windows, that usually indicates that the URL you are using to access Checkbox is different than the URL Checkbox is configured to use. If the URLs are different, your web browser may not provide session cookies to the popup windows, which leads to the issues.
For example, if Checkbox is configured with a URL of http://www.yourserver.com/Checkbox and you access it using a URL like http://differentServerName/Checkbox, you will see this type of behavior.
Checkbox URLs are configured in the Checkbox web.config in the ApplicationRoot and ApplicationURL appSettings.
