Linking two surveys using Subject ID (or Response Id)

I have more two surveys ( or more) and some of the questions (example SUBJECT ID, VISIT NUMBER ) are common for all surveys and rest of them different. I have placed url link of second survey at the end of the first survey. Is there any way I can populate ( eg. SUBJECT ID, VISIT NUMBER ) in the second survey automatically from the first survey once I finish first survey and go to next using provided link?

I'm not sure if you got a response, but you can add a redirect item to the last page of the first survey that will direct the user to the second survey. Using piping, you can add query string parameters to the URL that will be read by query string hidden items in the second survey.
