Progress Bar

Is the progress bar fixed to that location? Or is it possible to move it (move it to the bottom of the page. or center it).

If you are comfortable working with HTML, the progress bar can be moved by using custom page layout templates. You could also edit the default template but this would affect all surveys. Let me know and I can try to provide instructions.
