Web Garden Support
Does Checkbox support web gardens?
We have enabled web gardens on our install of Checkbox and the user keeps getting logged off. We have turned on the ASP.NET State Server Service and we have set the web.config to:
<sessionState mode="StateServer" cookieless="false" timeout="240"/>
Thank You,
Kevin

Have you read the document entitled "Configuring A Web Farm.htm" and found it insufficient? If so I would suggest contacting support.
The document is located in <Checkbox Root>\Install\Configuring A Web Farm.htm

We were looking in the documentation folder for documents. We will give that a shot and see what we find out.
Thank you

Web Garden
It seems that following step 4 from the web farm documentation is making it work correctly in a web garden. We are still testing but the basics are all working correctly.

That is good to hear.
I am not sure why the instructions are not located in the documentation folder; it does seem counter intuitive. I will mention this issue to the development team.

Found a problem
The basics are working in the web farm, however we have found a piece that is not working.
You can make a change to an element within in a matrix and submit it. The change is visible on the edit matrix page, however after submitting the edit matrix page, the changes are not always being saved. It behaves as though the data is not being stored in a way that is compatible with the web garden.
Please advise...

I would suggest contacting the support team. They can be reached by phone +1 617-715-9600 or via the online ticketing system.
