Are you able to enter rows in matrix using quick entry?

Hi,

I'm trying to create several matrix questions, and would like to enter the row values via quick entry, but don't see the option to do so. Is there any way to do this?

The police don't care because it's a civil matter between you and your landlord. The courts are too slow. The banks don't seem to care either. Unless you can bring some heat on this guy with a local news team I don't see a remedy.
