Invitations Not by Email

We have a group of potential respondents who are unwilling to give up their email addresses. Our "plan b" is to try to send all the invites (50 or more) to their supervisor who can distribute them.

Anyone have experience with this? I need some options, and any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

The following are some possible options that you can do without using email addresses.

Option 1
Visit your activation page and copy the active survey page. Place this link on your website and request that your users visit your website to take the survey.

Option 2
Print out the survey and collect paper responses. After all of the responses have been collected manually enter in each respondents answers.

Option 3
Use our Mobile Solution that allows you to bring PDAs or Tablets devices around to each user in the department.

Option 4
Set up a call center location and have your users call in to take responses over the phone. The receptionist would continually restart the survey and collect responses.
