Profile Property Updater

Dear Prezza team
I've included a Profile Updater in a survey to let the respondent update a custom field of his/her profile. Somehow it doesn't work as expected and get exception errors (sample attached).

Is there a way to amend or delete a Profile Updater statement?

First, let me apologize for the late reply. We had a problem with the forum for over a month that prevented thread notifications from being mailed to our support staff and we just found about it this week.


Without more information it's hard to tell what's going on. Based on the method signature, it looks like there is an issue loading the item. Typical causes of this type of error are slightly funky data in the database, such as an item being in a survey's items table, but not being on any pages in the table that links items to pages.

Your best bet at this point would be to work to a resolution with the support staff through the online helpdesk.
