Cross Tab Report

I am having difficulty getting the Cross Tab report item to work correctly. I am working off of a test survey with multiple questions and with two complete responses.

I am putting the respondants name as the Dependent Variables (Rows) and the questions responses as the Independene Variables (Columns).

When I run the report, I would expext two rows and about 15 columns, but what I get is a blank page. Any suggestions?

From Prezza Support:

The reason that you can not see anything when you run your report item is that you are attempting to use open ended single line text items in your cross tab item. Cross tabs were not designed to use open ended single line text items.

To achieve the report display you requested it is suggested that you use a Response Details item. Once you have added all of your requested items from your survey select the option to Group Answers.
