Response Details and Public Posting

Based on information from other postings, I have gotten my report to be publically available (Response Details). This will save a lot of time with copy and paste into other documents.

My question is, I would like to link the individual responses to the Detail report, so that I can limit the information that is on the Response Details page (since the survey has a lot of Multi Line Text boxes that can get lengthy). When I review the report from my login, I can get to the details link, but when I am not logged in (or when others test this) the link to report details is missing. Is there another place that I need to go in the system to make this option available to the outside?

From Prezza Support:

Please visit your survey and edit your permissions.

Next select the default ACL permissions button.

Enable - View Survey Responses.

Correction to the prior post:

1. Please visit your survey and edit your permissions.
2. Select the Advanced ACL Editor button.
3. Select the Edit Default Policy button.
4. Select the View Survey Responses checkbox.
5. Select the OK button.
