Item spacing using Page Layout Templates

Hi,

Controlling the space between the survey items can be applied when using a Style for a survey in section Additional Styles for the Style in question. But how can I control the spacing if a Page Layout template is assigned to a page? The value in Additional Styles is not used in this case.

It appears that this is an issue with the current version of Checkbox. I believe that our upcoming version (4.5) which is undergoing QA testing fixes this issue. I'll verify this.

Has this been solved yet? I'm not sure how to use the spacing specified in a style when a Page Layout template is assigned to a page, unless that template is the "default template."
