Report permissions
It seems that for some surveys I cannot keep the report private or limited to only those who have been given permission(s). I've gone in and corrected it in some accounts (or had the them do so), but it still displays when I log in on a test account. Sometimes the report does show, sometimes it gives a 'no report found' message, but I can see the individual responses and export them.
How can I correct this?

Permissions to view individual responses or to export responses are administered on a per-survey level. Permissions to view individual reports are administered on a per-report level.
To prevent the Test user from viewing individual responses or exporting data for a survey, edit the survey in question, then use the Advanced ACL Editor on the survey security page to edit the survey Default Policy to ensure that the "View Survey Responses" option is not checked.
Similarly, to control access to a report, edit the report then edit the report permissions to ensure that the report's default policy does not include the View Report permission.
For each of the above cases, you'll also want to make sure that no user groups that the Test user is a member of (including the "Everyone" group) has permissions to view responses or reports.

You may find the "Checkbox Permissions Guide (PDF)" located on our documentation page helpful. It contains a detailed description of how Checkbox permissions work and includes examples of several common configurations.
