moving pages
Hello
Anytime I select a page to be moved, the page is automatically placed at the very beginning of the survey. This started to happen when we updated to the latest version of checkbox 4.5.0.160. Is anyone else still having this problem?

The development team has been made aware of this bug and are currently working on resolving it. Baring any unforeseen issues we intend to have a patch available next week.

I'm not entirely sure what you are asking. Are you trying to report that you are experiencing an additional issue? If so please provide more detail.

for some reason the cpu and memory usage for checkbox is at 90% cpu and 600+ ram. Already put in a case with techsupport, just waiting to hear back from them

If you have already opened a support ticket I think it is best to continue working with the support team. Having multiple channels of communications with different groups is likely to result in confusion.

Pages not moving for me either
I am having the same problem. Not very happy about it either. I have had a lot of unhappy users since this upgrade! This should have been released as beta or RC.

I have a very dodgy solution to this problem:
Before I did the upgrade I made a copy of the checkbox web directory. I created a new IIS web site on a different port and pointed it to this directory. Edit the web.config file to be accurate for this new directory.
Now if I browse to this new address I get v4.4 but with the current database data. In this version when I moved the page it came up with an error saying 'Unable to save data' BUT when you look at the survey it has moved the page without deleting the old one. Basically it has duplicated the page.
I am pretty sure the support guys would recommend against this. I am not 100% if it has caused any other problems but on the surface it seems to have worked.

yeah I feel the same way, I am just hoping that the patch comes out this week. Felt very disappointed in the last update as it caused more problems then it solved.

A version 4.5.1.17 patch release will be available shortly that addresses the move page issue as well as a few other issues that have surfaced since the initial 4.5 release. The patch will be available for download later today or on Monday.
