Allow individuals to email responses

Can I allow an individual who completes a survey to send it to others? At our university, we have field supervisors who complete an assessment of an individual student. I would like to have each supervisor complete the assessment in Checkbox and then email the responses to the student, the students mentor and to the student's university program. Since we have almost 100 supervisors assessing over 700 students, I can't preset email addresses.

The Email Response item will email a copy of the survey response to specified recipients. You could pipe text from Open-Ended Single-Line Text question into the to: field of the Email Response item. If you were concerned about respondents entering invalid email addresses it might be possible to pipe the value from Custom User Fields. I say it might be possible because it will depend on your survey security and whether or not the email list is known ahead of time.
