Custom Survey URL issue with 4.5 upgrade
Since upgrading to CheckBox 4.5 I receive an error when trying to test any survey through its custom survey URL.
"An error has occured"
"The page you attempted to access could not be found"
the testing works with the CheckBox generated url fine. Any help would be appreciated.

From the description of your problem it sounds as if you are being redirected to the custom 404 error page.
I would confirm that your installation is properly configured to use custom URLs. Please review the "Advanced Topic Configuring Custom Survey URLs" section of the product manual (Prezza Technologies | Documentation and Manuals). If your installation is configured correctly I would suggest contact the support team for further assistance.
