Pie Chart Legend Confirmation

I raised an issue regarding Pie Chart Legends on 09/30/2008.

We will be purchasing checkbox imminently and just wanted to confirm as per your reply that this issue has been rectified in the latest release.

This feature has indeed been added to Checkbox 4.5.3 for the Summary Chart (including pie charts) and Summary Table report items.
