Active directory Authenticatrion???
Under the section:
Application Security Options:
It displays:
"Use existing NT Domain/Active Directory security to control access"
But so far it is not available under any options during installation, configuration or regular use. Is this a mis-representation of the software?

This feature of Checkbox/Ultimate Survey currently relies on the web server to perform the authentication. When IIS authenticates a user, it sets a Server Variable that Checkbox can read from.
To enable this in Checkbox Web, you need to edit the IIS configuration for your site and enable Integrated Windows Authentication. Next, you need to log-in to Checkbox and go to Settings->Network Users and enable network user login. When the network authentication is enabled, a network user only needs to go to Default.aspx rather than Login.aspx and they will automatically be logged-in to Checkbox Web.

Set up authentication with Active Diretory
Hi All,
We are attempting to set up checkbox survey on our server with AD. Our AD is not on the same server where the CheckBox resides. Where will I specify the location on the AD.
Thanks!

Directing Checkbox to Active Directory domain
In the Network User Settings screen we have the following information in the Directory Naming Context box:
DC=<Our Domain Name>,DC=ad,DC=fgcu,DC=edu
The Network User Variable Name is:
LOGON_USER
As far as I can tell, you can only authenticate against one domain.

Search users on LDAP
Under usermanagement, can a user creating survey get list of users from LDAP server based on certain criteria?
