Problem getting embedded video to play in survey

I've designed a short, 366kB video set of instructions that I'd like my respondents to see. I've uploaded the wmv file to my library and embedded it in a message item. I set it to AutoStart and it appears to play correctly while I'm in the Survey Editor, but when I'm in the actual survey, it just shows the player and won't start the video. I'm using Firefox.

Am I missing something?

As a side note...it appears it works in Internet Explorer. Is this just an issue for Firefox? Would it be the same for embedding Flash?

Firefox is unable to play Windows Media files by default. You must install a plugin in order to enable the content.
You'll find the plugin here.

Most people will already have Flash installed on their browser so that may be a better choice if possible.
