Multi-Language Support
I am using checkbox version 4.5.3.55, and am having trouble finding answers on how to enable and USE the multi language function. I have chosen to support multi-language, and have restarted the IIS, but what now? How exactly do I go from this point, to having a survey displayed in multiple languages? I have tried searching the help area, but all information regarding languges results in a "page cannot be found". I appreciate any help guys!

Please review the training video (Checkbox Training Videos) entitled "Deploying Multi-Language Surveys" and let us know if you have any additional questions.

This does it! My apologies for not finding the Training Videos prior to asking my question. Though I do have a follow up question - do you know of any hand translation services available (and of course accurate) ?

Not a problem. The documentation section and training section of our website are somewhat hard to find. We have made several changes to the website in order to make them more visible. Additionally, in the current release of Checkbox a product tour is displayed which includes links to both pages.
Unfortunately we do not have any recommendations. If you contact the support team I believe they have collected copies of the validation messages in a couple of languages. The translations have been sent to us by customers and as such are not something we officially support.Last edited by pwiesner; 10-22-2009 at 02:04 PM.
