How to create Ranking Type Questions

I'm trying to figure out how to create a question where the user will rank 5 items where 1 is the most important and 5 is the least important..each one should be a unique number 1-4. I need help! New to Checkbox!

It sounds like you could use a matrix item to construct your question. Matrix items are intended for questions where multiple answers are related to each other.

The matrix should have one column with either a rating scale or radio button question. When creating the column you will want to make sure you select the "Each answer in this column must be unique" option. Each row of matrix will represent the items being ranked.
