Matrix column deletion error

Hello there,
One of my survey authors has presented me a weird issue. Fairly large survey (11 pages) - a matrix question has 5 columns: 4 open-ended text box columns and 1 drop down column. When I tried to delete one of the columns, then save the changes, Checkbox responds with "An error has occured - please contact the administrator". Between the 2 of us we have attempted this change many, many times. I even tried copying the question and deleting the offending column in the copy. No luck.

To move forward on this issue we will need to know the underlying exception. If you navigate to Settings -> Exceptions do you see an entry that was created around the same time you experienced a problem? If so please respond with the exception details.
