I am looking for release notes for Checkbox versions above 4.5 but could not find anything on your site. I am trying to compile a list of new changes but dont know where to get them from. Can you send me a link to these. I saw some notes for 4.6.4 and 4.6.2 but nothing before that.

The release notes are cumulative. If you download the current release of the product the release notes contain the details for Checkbox 4.5.

I have copied the 4.5 entries for you convenience.
