View and Export Incomplete Responses
An incomplete response is captured by Checkbox when a respondent abandons a survey before selecting the "submit"/"finish" button or reaching the Completion Events page of a survey. There are a number of ways to view incomplete responses:
1. Survey Dashboard - Open your survey to expand the survey's Dashboard. Under Status - Statistics you can view complete and incomplete response counts.
2. Responses Dashboard- From the survey Dashboard, select Responses . In this view you can see complete, incomplete, and test responses.
3. View All Responses - From the Responses tab in the survey Dashboard, select the View All button. On the left side of the window you will see a complete list of responses, including complete, incomplete, and test responses. All completed responses will have a check mark in the "Completed" column. All test responses will be highlighted in red. Use the Sort drop-down at the top of this list to filter the list by completed responses only.
4. Export Responses - From the Responses Dashboard or the View All Responses view, select the Export Responses button. An export options window will appear. Under CSV Options, check the box labeled "Export Incomplete Responses."
