Embed your code into web page

Hi if I want to create a regsitration form on our website, I'd like to embed your code into our pages. Is this possible or would I need to make the survey look like my site? It would be easier for me to have your code that I could copy and paste into a new HTML page on my website.

It really wouldn't be possible to grab the HTML and embed it into your side. Checkbox does support creating stylesheets which allow to create a custom look for your survey. You could use this feature to make your survey match your site.
