Report filters

We have a survey open that collects data all year long. One of the questions is "Fiscal Year End" and I have
a drop down box with January 31, February 28, March 31, etc., etc.,

I want to create filtered reports that illustrate results for each quarter - i.e., January 31, February 28, and
March 31. Seems to me that you can only have one filter, because if I add all three dates, someone
must have entered all three dates (which isn't possible) to make that statement 'true'.

Is there a way to select multiple answers for a filter?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to use logical ORs when constructing report filters. There is an existing development tracker item for this feature request; I will update it to indicate you expressed an interested in this functionality.

To accomplish what you described you will need to export the results and generate your charts in a 3rd party statistical package.
