Invitations and Hotmail.

Many of our survey invitations are ending up in Hotmail junk mail folders, does anyone know of a solution short of changing each Hotmail account junk mail filter?

I don't have a specific answer for you, but I believe that Hotmail uses a Beyesian type filtering process, meaning it looks for occurrences of words and phrases commonly associated with junk mail. Altering the text of your invitation message may yield better results.
