Link user to new web page?
I have an online registration form that I now have to switch to Checkbox survey. Right now, the online form lets people register for an online course. After they enter their information and hit the submit button, they are then taken to a secure Versign website where they can enter their credit card info and pay for the course.
Now that I have to make that registration form in Checkbox, is there a way to send that user to the same Verisign website after they are done with the "survey?"
I'm VERY new to creating survey's in Checkbox and my test survey only brings the user to a Thank You page after they hit the Finish button. I need that Finish button to actually be a link to a new website, but still have the data collected from the survey.
Or, can I put some text and a link on that Thank You page that takes them to the Credit Card site?

Both of the scenarios you describe are possible. In the survey editor you will want to navigate to the "Completion Events" page (this is the page that the thank you text is displayed on). On the "Completion Events" page you will want to add a "Hyperlink / Redirect" item. The hyperlink / redirect item allows you to provide a link to, or redirect the user to a web page outside of the current survey.
For more detailed information about the "Hyperlink / Redirect" item please refer to page 64 of the Checkbox manual. The current version of the manual is available for download in the documentation section of our website: Prezza Technologies | Documentation and Manuals

It appears that your follow up question was blocked by our spam filters.
Question:
As part of this online form, there is another page that asks 9 questions. Four of those questions already have the answer filled in. The user does not have to enter anything in these text boxes but the data is still exported and seen when viewed in an Excel sheet.
How do I recreate this in Checkbox? I looked into Hidden Items but that lead me nowhere.
Based on the link your provided, I believe you can accomplish your goal by setting the question's default value.
