I have two questions.

1. How many emails will the email list support? How many can I add at one time and how many can an email list hold total?

2. When adding a video to a survey, what is a good video size to add? Are there any other video specs that I would need to know?

It is difficult to answer this question as it depends on your server specs and load on the server. That being said there is no hard limit on the number of addresses an email list can contain. As a test I imported 50,000 addresses into an email list. It took approximately seven minutes for the import to complete.

By default ASP.NET limits transactions times to 110 seconds. Keeping that in mind I would have only been able to import 10,000 or so email addresses if I had not increased this value.

Unfortunately I am not particularity familiar with video and do not have a recommendation for size. I do know that most videos I see are embedded Flash. If you use a video format other than Flash, users will need to have a video player installed that can display the movie.
