Conditions vs. branching
I'm a newbie, so pardon my ignorance.

I am creating my first survey in Prezza and I have a yes/no question that I'd like to create a condition or branch for.
For example if the user answers NO to Q16, they jump to Q23, rather than going on to Q17 (if they answer YES).
How on earth do I do this. The Conditions/Branching menu isn't very intuitive, at least for me anyway.
Thanks in advance.

Skip logic is one of the more advanced features of the product. We have a couple of documents which explains skip logic in detail.
There is a pdf guide entitled "Checkbox Branching and Conditions Guide", which is located in the documentation section of our website (Checkbox Survey Solutions | Documentation and Manuals). Additionally there is a video entitled "Branching and Skip Logic" located in the training section of our website (Checkbox Training Videos).
The most common issue users have with conditional logic is that conditions can only be based on questions from previous pages. In the example you described Q16 and Q23 could not be on the same page.
