Do you receive any error messages, or does the button just not do anything?
...answers when you need them
We recently purchased Checkbox 4.1 and attempted to send out our inaugural survey this past week. It seems to function fine in Firefox and Safari, for both Mac and PC, but NOT in IE, for either Mac OR PC. The problem is specifically that the user cannot submit their responses (by clicking "finish") or on a multiple page survey cannot go to the next page (by clicking "next"). I've racked my brains with regards to cookies, resetting browser preferences, etc, and tested it with multiple users across the country, both in and out of my network and I'm getting nowhere. Any feedback would be much much appreciated.
Thank you.

Nope, no error messages or anything. Click, then nothing....no ticking time, attempts to load, anything. It just sits there.
I'd be glad to provide a link to the survey in question if anyone would like to test it.
Yes, please provide the link.

Aye Aye, Sir.
It's been re-formatted so it's now all one page:

As an aside, though I'm thrilled someone is available to help me over the weekend so I don't get fired on Monday, dang, you should really go home.![]()

The entire link did not come through. Could you send it again?

I've tried pasting it repeatedly (whole and in pieces) and it won't accept the full URL. Hmm.
I'd be glad to email it to you.
Please email it to support@prezzatech.com then reply to this post to let me know it has been sent.

Done. Sent a PM and an email.
I am not 100% positive, but I would be almost certain that the problem is because you have a form inside your Style template. The HTML that the survey software creates starts a form before the header, and ends it after the footer, so any other forms would cause issues. If you could remove the search form from your Style template, the survey should work in all browsers.
