branching and submit button

Hello. So I accomplished branching thanks to a document entitled Using Logic, Conditions, and Branching. But ever since I did this, I no longer have a submit button. All I have are Next and Back buttons, but no Finish (submit) button. Why did it go away? Where do I go to bring it back? I have only 3 pages to the survey and a completion page. The Finish (Submit) button should be on page 3. Any clues?

Add in one more page at the end (page 4). Perhaps you could add a message item with some text.

Page 1 Question Yes/No
If yes go to Page 2
If not go to Page 3
Page 4 final page "Please click submit to finish"
Completion Page "Thank you for taking the survey"
